Who we are

Hammond Recovery Solutions LLC is a private company. It is registered with the Missouri Secretary of State under charter no. LC14785453. Our registered address is 117 S Lexington Street, STE 100, Harrisonville, MO 64701. We are not a law firm, we do not practice law, and nothing on this site is legal advice. We are not a government agency and are not affiliated with or endorsed by any court, county or state office.

Our fee

We work on contingency. Our fee is a percentage of the funds actually recovered, stated in a written agreement that you sign before we start. If no funds are recovered, you owe us nothing. Where state law limits the fee a recovery company may charge, or requires particular contract terms or a cancellation period, our agreement follows that law.

No guarantee

We cannot promise that a claim will be approved, how much will be paid, or how long it will take. Those decisions belong to the court or agency holding the funds. Other parties, such as lienholders, may have claims that are paid first.

What we collect

When you call, email or ask for a call back, we receive what you give us: your name, phone number, email address, the state and county of the property, and anything you write in your message. If you become a client, we also collect the documents needed for your claim, such as identification and proof of ownership.

We also use public records, such as court and county sale records, to find surplus funds and the people they belong to.

How we use it

  • To return your call and answer your questions
  • To check whether surplus funds are on file for a property
  • To prepare and file a claim you have asked us to handle
  • To meet our legal and record-keeping duties

Who we share it with

We share your information only where a claim requires it: with the court, county or trustee holding the funds, with an attorney or notary working on your claim, and with service providers who help us run our business. We do not sell your personal information.

This website

This site does not use advertising trackers. The call-back form is delivered to us by Formspree, a form-handling service, which processes the details you enter in order to send them to our inbox. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we are required to keep. Write to zachary@hammondrs.com or call (959) 777-8000.
